Quick and secure folding system

The Dune folds in just a few seconds. It features an intelligent safety mechanism that makes accidental opening while riding virtually impossible. Simply opening the quick-release lever is not enough to unlock the frame. Once the lever has been opened, upward pressure must also be applied to release the locking pin that secures the entire frame. This movement cannot be performed while pedalling, ensuring complete confidence in the folding mechanism while riding. At the same time, folding and unfolding the tricycle is quick, simple and requires very little effort.

Ride on any terrain

No terrain has to limit your adventures. Slippery snow, deep mud or soft sand are no obstacle when riding the Dune 3.0. Its 20 x 3.0-inch fatbike tyres provide outstanding grip, improve riding comfort and deliver excellent stability across a wide range of surfaces.

Compared with the Dune 4.0, the 3.0-inch tyres feature a smaller contact patch, reducing rolling resistance and providing a more agile and efficient ride on gravel roads, forest tracks, cycle paths and urban routes, while maintaining all the advantages of a genuine fatbike tricycle.

Differential: total control through every corner

The rear axle incorporates a differential, a key component that provides outstanding control when cornering or manoeuvring in confined spaces. It allows each rear wheel to rotate independently, even in opposite directions, making it possible to turn around by pivoting on one of the rear wheels or even rotate almost on the spot. This represents a major advantage over conventional tricycles, which require significantly more space to manoeuvre due to the absence of a differential.

Front suspension for maximum comfort

To maximise comfort and control, we have equipped the Dune 3.0 with a 24" RST GUIDE suspension fork offering 80 mm of travel, a feature rarely found on conventional electric tricycles. This high-quality suspension effectively absorbs bumps and uneven terrain, increasing comfort on long rides, improving handling and reducing rider fatigue.

The low-step frame and ergonomic handlebar promote a natural riding position with a straighter back and relaxed arms, making every journey more comfortable and enjoyable.

Built in León with cargo capability

Manufactured entirely in León, Spain, and built to your specifications, the Dune 3.0 is not only ideal for everyday transport but is also capable of carrying loads of up to 150 kg, including the weight of both rider and tricycle.

The sturdy rear aluminium cargo rack is fitted with a durable zippered storage bag, ideal for carrying shopping, tools, luggage or any other belongings safely protected throughout the journey. An optional front basket is also available to further increase carrying capacity.

Its practical folding system also makes it much easier to transport in the boot of many vehicles or store in confined spaces when not in use.

High-performance electric system

The proven electric system is powered by a battery built with high-performance lithium cells. Batteries are available with capacities of up to 30 Ah (1110 Wh), allowing you to tackle demanding rides with complete confidence in your range.

The 250 W, 48 V Bafang front hub motor, delivering 45 Nm of torque, provides smooth yet powerful assistance whenever needed. The entire electric assistance system is easily managed through the centrally mounted digital display. A more powerful 500 W version delivering 80 Nm of torque is also available for private property use, as it exceeds the legal power limit for pedal-assist bicycles on public roads.

Reliable braking and transmission

The Dune 3.0's size and carrying capacity demand a braking system worthy of its performance. The powerful Tektro E350 hydraulic disc brakes provide progressive, precise and dependable braking, even when the rear rack is fully loaded.

The reliable Shimano Nexus 8-speed internal gear hub is positioned between the crankset and rear axle, transmitting power directly to the differential to maximise the efficiency of the entire drivetrain.

Lighting and intuitive display

The front and rear lights are controlled directly from the centrally mounted Bafang DP C10 display. This intuitive onboard computer allows you to monitor every aspect of the electric system, review your riding data and select between the five assistance levels. It also includes the practical Walking Mode (walk-assist function), activated by holding down the "-" button on the display, allowing the tricycle to move at walking speed while you walk alongside it. This is especially useful when pushing the tricycle uphill or when it is heavily loaded.

To further enhance safety, the Dune 3.0 features integrated turn indicators and a brake light built into the rear light unit, operated via a dedicated control switch positioned next to the left-hand grip. This allows you to signal your intentions without removing your hands from the handlebar, making your manoeuvres more visible to other road users. The equipment is completed by an electric horn, bright LED lighting and full mudguards on all three wheels, ensuring confidence and convenience from your very first ride.
