These display bikes have only been used for short test rides. They have been thoroughly inspected and serviced to guarantee they are as good as new and ready for immediate use.
🔍 Transparency on condition
Whenever possible, we indicate on the product page whether the unit is brand new never used, ex-display, lightly used test bike, clearance due to stock surplus, or second-life.

✅ All bikes pass our technical inspection
Before leaving our workshop, every bike (including outlet bikes) is inspected, adjusted and tested by our mechanics. Brakes, gears, battery, motor – everything works as it should.
🛡 Clear warranties, no small print
Brand new clearance bikes, ex-display and 0km bikes (Rotwild, Rock Machine, Rodars):
2-year warranty on all components.
Bike frame: 5 years
Trike frame: 3 years
Second-life / second-hand bikes:
1-year warranty (everything included).
📦 Home test or hassle-free return
If you are not convinced, you have not just 14 days as the law states, but 30 days from receipt to test the bike. However, with usage limits based on kilometers ridden and always in its original packaging (exceptionally, if you no longer have the box in which you received the product, you can contact our after-sales service to purchase a new box and then proceed with the return). If you don't like it, return it and we will refund the full amount. No awkward questions or obligation to give reasons. (See our return policies and conditions)
🔧 Real after-sales: local and remote
If you are in León (or nearby): you can come to our workshop for adjustments, services or repairs. (As manufacturers, we work with a workshop queue organized by the entry date of each case or order in the system, so if you are coming from far away or just passing through and need immediate attention, it is advisable to call ahead to book an appointment. This way, you ensure that a technician will be available when you arrive; otherwise, you will likely have to leave your bike or trike at the workshop to wait its turn.)
If you are elsewhere in Spain or Europe: we assist you by chat, email, phone, WhatsApp (we could even arrange a video call). We guide you step by step, and if necessary we coordinate the shipment of parts, with technical support for remote repair, or we can refer the case to a nearby workshop or one you trust, so they can provide the service you need at any time.
We are a factory and workshop: no middlemen. You speak directly with those who make and know these bikes.
