How do I place my order?
Once you have chosen the options you want for your bike, add it to the cart, you can edit the cart, if you need to, or directly click on the checkout button.
If you already have a customer account, enter your email address and password and click login. You can change the delivery address during the process.
If you do not have a customer account, please fill in the necessary information in the invoice form and click continue. Enter the shipping address where you want to receive the product.
How will I receive my bike?
All Rodars models are fully assembled in our factory in León, Spain. They are sent fully assembled and adjusted by our team of professionals with more than 15 years of experience. Due to the packaging conditions, once you receive your bicycle you will only have to assemble the pedals, adjust the front wheel and the handlebars. For this you will find the necessary tools inside the order.
Before adjusting the bike you can consult the user manual, available in several languages, where you will find all the necessary information for a correct adjustment.
