The Artemis is the most sophisticated and high-performance electric tricycle in our range, developed for riders looking for more than simply getting around with the stability of three wheels. Its powerful Bafang M-Series mid-drive motor, rear differential, optional dual-battery system and Cruiser and Offroad configurations create a tricycle capable of combining stability, range and a particularly natural and sporty pedalling experience.

Its 6061 aluminium low-step frame makes getting on and off easier, while the combination of a 24-inch front wheel with two 20-inch rear wheels creates a balanced, stable and manoeuvrable setup. A configuration designed both for enjoying long rides and for venturing onto tracks and terrain where control and traction become even more important.

Bafang M-Series mid-drive motor: a different way to pedal

The main difference between the Artemis and our tricycles equipped with hub motors lies in its Bafang M-Series mid-drive motor (M510/M560/M600...). Its system detects the force the rider applies to the pedals and continuously adapts the electrical assistance to the intensity of the pedalling.

If we pedal gently, the motor provides reduced assistance; when we increase our effort, for example to increase our riding speed or tackle a climb, the system responds by increasing its assistance accordingly. The result is natural, progressive and highly intuitive assistance, with rider and motor working together.

The levels selected on the display allow you to adjust the amount of assistance available, while the motor response continues to adapt to the force applied to the pedals. This philosophy makes the Artemis particularly suitable for riders who want to keep pedalling, exercise and take an active part in the riding experience, while having powerful electric assistance available when they really need it.

250 W and 500 W: up to 120 Nm of torque

The electric system can be configured with a Bafang mid-drive motor delivering 250 W and up to 95 Nm of torque, providing excellent responsiveness even when tackling significant gradients.

For those looking for even greater performance, a 500 W version with up to 120 Nm of torque is also available. As this exceeds the maximum motor power permitted for electrically assisted bicycles on public roads, this version is intended exclusively for use on private roads and land.

The central position of the motor also helps concentrate the weight in a low and balanced position, improving the tricycle's dynamic behaviour and providing a particularly stable and controlled riding feel.

Available in 36 V and 48 V

The Artemis can be configured with a 36 V electric system and a main battery of up to 660 Wh (36 V / 17.5 Ah), a balanced combination for riders looking for excellent range while maintaining an efficient and well-balanced setup.

It is also available with a 48 V electric system, equipped with a 672 Wh (48 V / 14 Ah) main battery. The higher voltage provides power delivery particularly suited to riders looking for maximum performance from the electric system.

In both cases, we use high-performance lithium cells selected for their reliability and durability. The main battery is housed in the frame, helping to keep the weight centred and contributing to the overall balance of the tricycle.

Optional dual-battery system

For riders who need to cover particularly long distances, the Artemis can be equipped with a second battery located beneath the rear basket, considerably increasing the available energy capacity.

The system incorporates an electronic module that manages the discharge of both batteries, aiming to use their energy simultaneously and in a balanced way. This allows the rider to benefit from the combined available capacity without having to manually select which battery to use during the journey.

Charging is carried out independently: each battery has its own charger, allowing both batteries to be charged simultaneously whenever necessary.

Two personalities: Cruiser and Offroad

Every rider experiences cycling differently. That is why the Artemis can be configured with two clearly differentiated ergonomic concepts, allowing the riding position to be adapted to the type of use you have in mind.

The Cruiser configuration features a wide, curved cruiser-style handlebar combined with a wide sprung saddle. This geometry encourages a more upright and relaxed riding position, particularly comfortable for leisurely rides, longer journeys or simply enjoying the tricycle at an easy pace. An optional seat with backrest can also be selected for even greater comfort.

The Offroad configuration combines a straight MTB-style handlebar with a narrower, sportier saddle. The resulting position shifts the rider slightly forward, increasing control over the front wheel and allowing for a more active riding style. This configuration is particularly recommended for tracks and uneven terrain where greater control over the front end of the tricycle is beneficial.

Three Fat wheels for enjoying more than just asphalt

The distinctive Artemis configuration combines a 24-inch front wheel with two 20-inch rear wheels, using large-section tyres that provide stability, comfort and excellent capability across a variety of surfaces.

It can be configured with 4-inch Fat tyres, available with different finishes and tread patterns depending on the character you want to give the tricycle. For riders who intend to use it mainly in urban environments and on asphalt, we also offer 3-inch Road tyres, maintaining the 24-inch front and 20-inch rear wheel configuration.

This variety allows the Artemis to be oriented towards a more adventurous use or primarily urban and road riding, adapting both its behaviour and appearance to the preferences of each rider.

Rear differential: control and manoeuvrability

On the rear axle we find one of the Artemis's fundamental components: the differential. This system allows the two rear wheels to rotate independently when the tricycle takes a corner, considerably improving manoeuvrability and providing much more natural handling.

It even allows the two wheels to rotate in different directions during certain manoeuvres, making very tight changes of direction easier and significantly reducing the space required to manoeuvre compared with conventional tricycles without a differential.

Front suspension for greater comfort and control

The front suspension helps keep the wheel in contact with the ground and absorbs a large proportion of the irregularities encountered along the route. In addition to improving comfort, it is particularly useful when riding on tracks or damaged surfaces, where having a stable and controllable front end makes an important difference.

Generous carrying capacity as standard

The Artemis comes as standard with a large rear basket that allows you to comfortably carry shopping, luggage, backpacks or other personal belongings. A practical inner basket bag is also included as standard, making transportation easier and allowing the contents to be conveniently removed when you reach your destination.

An optional front basket with a quick-release Clip system can also be added, further increasing carrying capacity while allowing the basket to be easily fitted or removed according to the needs of each journey.

The complete setup has a maximum total load of 175 kg, including the weight of the tricycle itself, the rider and all cargo being carried.

8-speed Shimano Nexus

The Artemis is equipped with a reliable 8-speed Shimano Nexus internal gear hub. As the mechanism is protected inside the hub, it is less exposed to impacts, dirt and external elements, providing smooth, clean and reliable operation with reduced maintenance requirements.

Its eight gears make it easy to select the appropriate ratio for different situations, perfectly complementing the natural and progressive operation of the mid-drive motor.

Tektro hydraulic brakes

The Tektro HD-M280 hydraulic brakes provide powerful, progressive and easily controlled braking. This is particularly important on a tricycle capable of tackling demanding routes and carrying substantial loads, providing confidence and control while riding.

Bafang DP C10 CAN display

The electric system is controlled through the Bafang DP C10 CAN display, positioned where it can be easily seen on the handlebar. From the display, you can select the different assistance levels and view all the information you need during your journey.

It also features the practical Walking Mode, activated by holding down the “-” button, which allows the tricycle to move forward at low speed while you walk alongside it. This is particularly useful when the tricycle is loaded, when walking it up a ramp or whenever you need to move it without riding.

The CAN communication protocol provides advanced communication between the different components of the electric system and keeps certain technical parameters protected, requiring specific authorised service tools for their configuration.

Lighting integrated into the electric system

The Artemis features front and rear LED lighting connected directly to the tricycle's electric system. Both lights can be conveniently operated from the display, providing excellent visibility without the need for separate batteries.
