The Cross Country model with 27.5' wheels is a high-performance electric trekking bike at a very interesting price.

One of the most important aspects of this model - and of the Roadrunner model with which it shares frame geometry - is the SAMSUNG battery hidden in the frame, easily accessible and removable, with a capacity of 36v x 11ah in its standard mounting and with enough space inside the frame to hold up to 21 amps.

With a five-year warranty provided on the panel, two years on the components, and two years on the electrical system.

The Cross Country is one of the electric models that offer a wide range of possibilities, prepared for both urban and rough terrain. The quality control carried out since 2007 and the evolution in components and features that this model has undergone has been exhaustive, the entire assembly and especially the electrical system are thoroughly tested.

 Keeping all spare parts in stock means customer satisfaction by avoiding waits of several weeks. When you buy an electric bike, you inevitably need parts and support, with minor maintenance - such as checking the spoke tension every so often or km or adjusting the brake levers on mechanical brakes as the pads wear - ensures the longevity of the parts most susceptible to wear.

Special mention in the manufacture, to the ingenious way of housing the battery, installed in the center of the frame, inside the diagonal down tube, hidden from the eyes of others with easy access and security against theft thanks to the protection with a key. Placed in the center of the bike it helps to balance the weights and power distribution, with a delicate feel and look, no one will know it's electric or that you have an expensive battery inside. This arrangement of the battery hidden in the frame and totally centered is undoubtedly the one that offers the most guarantees, many manufacturers incorporate them in their line. Having a removable battery will allow you to charge without moving the whole bike or double your range by carrying a second battery.

The 6061-aluminum frame with protective casing and matching rims is a real eye-catcher. It gives us the look of a robust and powerful model, mounted on 19mm double-wall aluminum rims with copper-plated reinforced heads. The rims are held to the road by 27.5' x 2.125' Kenda Mixtos tires.

On the rear wheel, the powerful motor is matched to the SHIMANO Acera 8-speed gear system. Shimano M375 mechanical disc brakes or Shimano MT200 hydraulic brakes with high quality 160mm discs that withstand extreme forces.

As with the other models, the CrossCountry Trekking is equipped with a handlebar-mounted control unit to manage the engine assistance levels, a 5-speed digital display from which you can control the CrossCountry Trekking's electrical system, turn the lights on and off, set the assistance levels up to 9 speeds, limit the maximum speed and know the data relating to the route, among other functions.

All models have a P.A.S. pedal assist sensor, you don't have to worry about the motor, just choose the level of assistance required, and with the cadence of the pedals, we will control the power delivered and the way it is delivered. The PAS sensor recognizes how fast you are pedaling and demands the same power from the motor.
